Morning: Our vehicle and tour guide will pick you up at the designated meeting point and transfer you to Cam Ranh Airport for flight Air Asia FD 647 (10:30–12:30) to Bangkok. Upon arrival at Don Mueang Airport, you will complete immigration procedures. The local guide will greet the group and provide a coupon lunch at the airport before beginning the journey to explore the “Land of Golden Temples.”

Afternoon: The guide will take you to Pattaya, the lively beach city known as “the city that never sleeps.” Pattaya is famous for its beautiful islands, long white-sand beaches, and vibrant nightlife full of entertainment and activities.

• Four Regions Floating Market: A place not only for shopping and enjoying delicious local dishes but also rich in cultural charm, representing the distinct flavors of Thailand’s four major regions.

Evening: The group returns to the hotel, checks in, and rests. Afterwards, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 2: Pattaya – Nong Nooch (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Morning: The group enjoys a buffet breakfast at the hotel and departs for sightseeing.

• Khao Chee Chan (Laser Buddha Mountain): A unique mountain featuring an enormous image of the Buddha carved into the rock face using laser technology and inlaid with 999 kg of 24k gold. Morning: Guests enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then check out. Say goodbye to the vibrant city of Pattaya and return to the capital, Bangkok. On the way, the group visits:

• Big Buddha Temple – “Khao Phra Yai”: Located atop Pratumnak Hill, this sacred site dates back to the 1940s when Pattaya was still a small fishing village. It is home to a revered giant Buddha statue.

Day 4: Bangkok – Baiyoke Sky – Shopping (Breakfast, Lunch)

Morning: Guests enjoy breakfast at the hotel before continuing the tour with visits to:

• Wat Yannawa (Boat Temple): A unique Buddhist temple located by the Chao Phraya River, known for housing sacred relics and revered monks of Thailand.
• Chao Phraya River Cruise: Enjoy a boat ride along the legendary river of Bangkok, famous for its floating fish phenomenon. The river reflects the traditional lifestyle and vibrant culture of the Thai people.

Baiyoke Sky Revolving Restaurant – 86th Floor, 5-Star Buffet: Feast on over 150 dishes ranging from Thai, Asian to Western cuisine at one of Bangkok’s most iconic dining spots. The 84th floor offers a unique rotating observation deck, allowing visitors to view the entirety of Bangkok’s 52 districts in just 15 minutes. Erawan Shrine: Also known as the Shrine of Tao Mahaprom and commonly referred to by Vietnamese visitors as the Four-Faced Buddha Shrine. This sacred place is considered one of the most spiritual sites in Thailand, attracting countless visitors who come to pray for blessings, luck, and wishes fulfilled.

Evening: Guests are free to explore and enjoy Thai cuisine at their own preference (dinner at own expense).

• At the scheduled time, the tour guide will accompany the group back to the hotel for rest. The group will stay overnight in Bangkok.
• Guests can also enjoy shopping to their heart’s content at Big C Supercenter – also known as the “Icon of Suvarnabhumi.” Located along the banks of the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok, it is one of the largest commercial and entertainment complexes in Thailand.

Day 5: Bangkok – Nha Trang (Breakfast)

Morning: The hotel will prepare takeaway breakfast for guests. The tour guide will escort the group to the airport to complete check-in procedures for flight FD 646 (08:00 – 10:00) returning to Vietnam. Upon arrival at Cam Ranh Airport, guests will go through immigration and collect their luggage. The tour leader will bid farewell and look forward to welcoming you on future journeys.

Important Notes: The order of sightseeing in the Thailand tour program may be subject to change depending on actual weather conditions, traffic, or flight schedules. However, all attractions listed in the itinerary will still be included.

Tour Price Excludes:

10.1. Passports must be valid, intact (not stained, torn, missing pages, or mis-signed), and valid for at least 6 months from the return date of the tour.

10.2. TIP fee for the tour guide and driver in Thailand: USD 5/day/person, total USD 25/tour/person (applies to both adults and children).

10.3. Expenses for attractions not listed in the itinerary and other personal expenses.

10.4. Meals that are not included in the program.

10.5. Vietnam entry visa for overseas Vietnamese or foreign nationals. (Visa fees may vary according to the regulations of the Vietnam Immigration Department.)

10.6. Single room supplement: 2,500,000 VND/person/tour.

10.7. For customers holding foreign passports, joining the group, an additional fee of USD 150/person applies.

10.8. This is a pure leisure tour. Guests are not allowed to leave the group during the tour. In case of leaving the group, a surcharge of USD 150/person/day will be applied.

Payment Method:

10.1. Deposit: 50% of the total tour price is required immediately after tour registration.

10.2. Remaining Balance: Must be fully paid at least 14 days before departure (for regular tours) or 21 days before departure (for holiday tours).

Cancellation Policy:

10.1. Canceling the tour immediately after registration: forfeiture of deposit (equivalent to 50% of the tour price).

10.2. Canceling the tour at least 10 working days before departure: penalty of 75% of the tour price.

10.3. Canceling within 10 working days before departure: penalty of 100% of the total tour price.

10.4. During holidays or Tet period: No refunds, no cancellations, no changes allowed.

Notes:

10.1. Customers must have a passport valid for 6 months from the date of the tour’s end and bring it along during the trip.

10.2. Children under 18 traveling with parents must provide the original birth certificate (or a notarized copy or an official copy with a red seal from a government agency).

10.3. Children under 18 not traveling with their parents must provide a POWER OF ATTORNEY or CONSENT FORM allowing them to travel with a relative, certified by the LOCAL POLICE STATION or a NOTARY OFFICE.

10.4. For Vietnamese expatriates or foreigners, a valid re-entry visa to Vietnam is required and must be brought on the tour.

10.5. The order of sightseeing points in the itinerary may change according to weather conditions or other factors but all listed points will be covered.

10.6. The company is not responsible for missing attractions in cases such as the attractions being unexpectedly closed, traffic delays, or if customers exceed the allowed visiting time.

10.7. The times listed in the tour program are estimates. The actual tour timing may differ. The tour guide will inform customers of any changes during the tour.

10.8. Please carefully review the tour program and share the details with other members registering for the tour, including the tour price, inclusions, exclusions, and cancellation policies before making payment.

10.9. The company is not responsible for any refusal of entry or exit from any country due to personal or legal issues.

10.10. If you need an invoice for VAT, please provide the required details to the tour sales staff when registering or before full payment. Invoices cannot be issued after the tour has ended. (Costs: Please contact the sales staff for more information).

10.11. The company is not responsible for ensuring the attractions in the following cases:

• Natural disasters: epidemics, storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc.
• Security incidents: terrorism, protests, etc.
• Airline issues: technical problems, security concerns, flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling.

10.12. If any of the above occurs, the company will consider refunding the cost of attractions not visited (after deducting any services already provided, such as visa fees, if applicable), but will not be responsible for compensating any additional costs.

10.13. In case of one adult traveling with one child (under 10 years old), the customer must pay the adult tour price for the child to secure a separate room. Please bring the child’s birth certificate during the tour. If the child is not traveling with the parents, please provide a power of attorney or consent form for the child’s travel, with official certification from local authorities.

10.14. Due to potential fuel price increases at the time of ticket issuance without prior notice, we will present a document from the airline regarding any surcharge increase (if any) and ask customers for the corresponding price adjustment.

10.15. Customers aged 70 and above are required to provide a health certificate confirming their ability to travel abroad from a doctor, along with a health commitment letter. They must also have a travel companion under 60 with full health. Additionally, customers over 70 will be required to pay an additional premium for higher insurance (fees may vary depending on the tour). Customers aged 80 and above will not be accepted.

10.16. Pregnant women (not more than 30 weeks) must provide a regular health check-up record and confirm their ability to participate in the tour when registering.
