Thailand Tour (Phuket – Koh PhiPhi – Maya Bay)

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City – Phuket (Light lunch SB, Dinner)

Morning: Guests arrive at the international departure hall at Tan Son Nhat Airport. The tour guide will assist with check-in procedures for flight VJ809 to Phuket.

Phuket International Airport

The local tour guide will welcome guests at Phuket Airport. After that, the group will depart for the following visit:

• Chalong Temple – This temple is an essential Buddhist symbol when visiting Phuket. Here, you can purchase lucky strings made by the monks in the temple, believed to bring peace and safety to the family.

The group will return to the hotel for check-in and rest.
Evening: At the scheduled time, the vehicle and tour guide will take the group to have dinner at a local restaurant.
Free time to explore Phuket at night.

Phuket Tour

Day 2: Explore Phi Phi Island (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Morning: Guests have a buffet breakfast at the hotel.
The vehicle and tour guide will take the group to the pier to board the boat at Rassada Pier. At 8:30, the Royal Jet boat will depart for Phi Phi Island (approximately 2.5 hours, ~50 km).
Guests will enjoy the beautiful scenery from the boat deck, including the following highlights (photo opportunities on the boat deck):

• Maya Bay – one of the 12 most beautiful bays in the world.
• Loh Samah Bay, Pi Leh Lagoon, Viking Cave.
• Upon reaching Leam Tong Beach, guests will move to the restaurant for seating and rest.

Afterward, guests can sign up for a snorkeling program to explore coral reefs and fish (included in the tour, with a simple 30-minute snorkeling service).

• Guests who do not wish to participate in snorkeling can enjoy free time at the beach in front of the restaurant.

Lunch: Guests will have a buffet lunch on Phi Phi Island.

Afterwards, the group will board the boat and return to the pier. Upon arrival, the vehicle will take the group to:

• Prom Thep Cape View Point, located at the southernmost point of Phuket. This is a famous sunset viewing spot in Phuket.

Evening: Dinner at a Thai restaurant. Return to the hotel, free time to explore the Patong area at night.

Day 3: City Tour Phuket (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. The vehicle will pick up the group for a tour:

• The group will visit Chalong Temple – Kathu, the most sacred temple in Phuket, to pray for peace and luck for the family.
• The group will experience a ride on a Gòn car to explore 5 mysterious caves at Gems Collection, the largest jewelry and gemstone center in Thailand.

Lunch: Guests will have lunch at a local restaurant and rest.

• Explore Old Phuket Town with its preserved Portuguese-style architecture. Guests can freely stroll and take photos here. The street is also filled with souvenirs and traditional Thai clothing for sale.
• The group will visit King Power Duty-Free for shopping. This place offers many duty-free items, including world-famous brands of watches, fashion, perfumes, beauty products, cigarettes, sports equipment, electronics, as well as premium Thai products such as souvenirs, food, silk, and handicrafts.
• Additionally, there is the Central Festival Phuket shopping mall, an air-conditioned shopping center and a top-rated shopping destination located just outside Phuket town.

Evening: The group will enjoy a Thai-style BBQ seafood dinner. Afterward, return to the hotel and have free time to explore the Pang La Walking street, known for its many bars and a variety of options for visitors. Alternatively, guests can choose to visit Phang Nga Bay VIP (additional charge of approximately $75 per guest).

• The group will board a boat to explore Phang Nga Bay, also known as the “Little Guilin”. The boat will continue to James Bond Island, the location where Hollywood filmmakers chose to shoot scenes for the famous movie “James Bond 007”.
• Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the stunning natural scenery of the island and take memorable photos.

Phang Nga Bay 1-Day VIP Program (Reference)

08:00: The vehicle will pick up the group and take them to Yamu Pier. The group will travel by canoe to explore Phang Nga Bay for 1 day (check-in at 5 of the most famous islands among the 300 islands scattered throughout Phang Nga Bay).

• James Bond Island (the main filming location for the Hollywood movie 007 – The Spy Who Loved Me in 1974).
• Koh Hong Island (Guests will take a kayak boat with 2-3 people per boat, paddled by a local Thai guide, to explore the caves and hidden corners of the island).
• Koh Panyee Island (A unique floating Muslim village where people speak Indonesian. The group will enjoy a buffet lunch here and learn about the lifestyle and culture of the local villagers).
• Koh Panak Island (Guests will wade through the water to explore the hidden Paradise Garden between the sea).
• Naga Island (The island has lush green trees and beautiful white sandy beaches. Guests will have free time to swim or participate in water sports for an additional charge).

18:00: Return to Phuket, and the group will enjoy a BBQ dinner with grilled meats and local seafood.
20:00: Return to the hotel for rest and free time.

Day 4: Phuket – Ho Chi Minh City (Breakfast)
Morning: The group has a buffet breakfast at the hotel.

• Free time for shopping at the stores near Patong Beach, close to the hotel.

At the scheduled time, the vehicle and tour guide will pick up the group and transfer to the airport to complete check-in for flight VJ808 back to Vietnam.

For guests with foreign nationality or overseas Vietnamese:

• Guests with dual nationality or a Travel Document (not yet naturalized) are required to inform the tour sales staff at the time of tour registration and submit the original documents along with any relevant papers (if available).
• Guests holding only a Green Card (temporary residence card abroad) and no valid Vietnamese passport are not allowed to register for tours to third countries.
• Overseas Vietnamese or foreign guests must have a multiple-entry visa (or Vietnamese visa exemption) and must bring it along when going on the tour.

For children (based on date of birth):

• All children under 14 years old, including children under 2 years old, must have a passport that is valid for more than 6 months (including the date of the tour’s end). They must be accompanied by their biological parents and bring a copy of the birth certificate.
• In cases where children under 14 years old do not travel with their parents (but with relatives), they must have a consent letter from their biological parents and a local government authorization letter, along with a copy of the birth certificate.

What Is Phuket Most Famous For

Payment & Cancellation Penalties (based on working days):

• Payment upon registration: 50% of the tour price.
• The remaining balance must be paid 7-10 working days before departure (for regular tours), or 20-25 working days before departure (for holiday and festive tours).
• Cancellation after registration incurs a penalty of 100% of the deposit.
• Cancellation within 15-20 days incurs a penalty of 80% of the total tour price.
• After this period, the penalty is 100% of the total tour price.
• During holidays/festive periods: No refunds, no cancellations, no changes.

Important Notes:

• All customers participating in the tour must have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity (counting from the departure date) and personal identification when departing.
• When registering for the tour, please present the following documents: Passport, Birth Certificate (for children traveling with), Vietnamese Visa (for foreign passports), Health Check Certificate for elderly guests (over 70 years old) and pregnant women (under 30 weeks).
• Due to the nature of the group tour, the travel company is responsible for ensuring the group reaches a minimum of 15 adults before the tour departs. If the number of participants is less than 15, the company will notify the customer 4 days before departure and will discuss a new departure date or refund the full amount previously paid.
• The tour program is an all-inclusive trip combined with sightseeing and shopping. Guests must not separate from the group under any circumstances. Unused services will not be refunded. Depending on the circumstances of separating from the group, guests must notify the company at the time of registration to be considered and will incur fees as per the regulations (these fees are non-refundable).
• In cases where guests are unable to exit or enter the country due to personal reasons (such as unclear passport information, expired passport, non-compliance with regulations, or issues related to personal taxes…), the travel company is not responsible and will not refund the tour.
• If only one adult is traveling with one child (under 11 years old), the guest must pay for the child’s separate bed to get one room.
• For two adults with one child (under 11 years old), additional children will be charged at the adult rate for a separate bed.
• If only one adult registers for the tour, the guest must pay the single room supplement for a private room.
• In cases of external factors such as terrorism, natural disasters, epidemics… or transportation disruptions (airplanes, trains…), the company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of the guests and will not be responsible for any resulting damages.
• The company reserves the right to change the travel schedule, use alternative airlines, but will ensure that all tour destinations are visited as per the program.
• Pregnant women must inform the company about their pregnancy status when registering for the tour and buying tickets so the company can provide the best advice on air travel regulations and services.
• Guests with mobility difficulties requiring wheelchair assistance at the airport should inform the company at the time of tour registration.
• Guests aged 70 to under 75 must sign a health commitment with our company before joining the tour. It is encouraged to travel with a healthy companion under 60 years old.
• Travel insurance does not apply to guests over 75 years old (no death insurance from accidents, underlying diseases, latent diseases, etc.), so customers must provide a health certification from a doctor confirming their fitness for international travel and a health commitment with the company before the tour. It is encouraged to travel with a healthy companion under 60 years old. If any incidents occur during the tour, the travel company will not be responsible under any circumstances.
• If a guest registers for a full package tour but does not board the outbound flight with the group (no-show on one leg), they will not be able to use the return flight with the group. They must book a completely new ticket.
• Guests with Permanent Resident Cards, Alien’s Passports, Travel Documents, etc., who do not report this at the time of tour registration and are unable to exit the country, the travel company is not responsible and will not refund the tour payment.
• For guests with Taiwanese nationality, when applying for a Thai visa at Thai airports, please prepare the following documents: Round-trip flight tickets SGN – BKK – SGN, return flight tickets to Taiwan, two 4×6 cm photos (white background), a 3-month bank statement of your personal account, and the Thai visa application form.
