Day 1: Nha Trang City ✈ Singapore

Evening: Our driver and tour guide will pick up the group at the meeting point, then depart for Cam Ranh Airport to complete the check-in procedures for the flight to Singapore.

• TR319 CXR – SIN 18:05 – 21:25

Upon arrival in Singapore, the driver and tour guide will pick up the guests and transfer them to the center to check-in and rest.

Day 2: Singapore – Garden by the Bay (3 Meals Included)

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, the group will depart to visit Garden by the Bay – a garden with large glasshouses built with the concept of gathering various rare plant species from around the world, with different living conditions for coexistence within the garden (excluding entrance fees to the Dome).
Visit:
• Merlion Park – the symbol of Singapore.
• City Hall – the new administrative area of Singapore.
• Take photos at the Esplanade Theater – with unique architecture like a durian.
• The group will visit and shop at the medicinal oil store and the jewelry store.

Lunch: Enjoy hotpot at Sukiya restaurant and continue the tour.

• Visit Marina Barrage – a highly successful water management project by the Singapore government.
  • Fort Canning Park – stroll and enjoy the fresh air and natural scenery, especially explore the “Stairway to Heaven” – a very popular photo spot in Singapore.

Evening: After dinner, guests are free to join one of the 3-in-1 night tour options (self-funded):
• Ride a boat on the Singapore River in Marina Bay.
• Experience the most advanced subway system in Singapore.
• Enjoy the grand water and light show at Marina Bay Sands.

Day 3: Singapore – Sentosa (3 Meals Included)

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. The vehicle will take you to visit the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, a Buddhist cultural museum. On the third floor, you can find sacred relics of the Buddha such as bone relics and the tongue relic, and on the fourth floor is the Lin Guang Bao Dian, where the most important treasures of the temple are kept.

•  Visit the summit of Mount Faber, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of Singapore.
  
•  Visit and shop at the Chocolate store.

Lunch: Enjoy lunch at a restaurant and continue the tour. Afterward, the group will head to Sentosa Island, where guests will enjoy the following SPECIAL program:

• Try your luck at the Casino – one of the largest and most modern casinos in the world. After that, explore the attractions at Sentosa, stroll around, take photos, and shop at FestiveWalk.
  
• Take photos outside the world-renowned Universal Studios theme park: the first Universal Studios theme park in Southeast Asia.
• After enjoying Sentosa, guests will continue to EXPERIENCE THE CABLE CAR from Sentosa to the famous Vivocity Shopping Mall in Singapore.

Evening: The group will have dinner, then return to the hotel to rest.

Day 4: Singapore – Nha Trang (2 Meals Included)

Morning: Guests will have a buffet breakfast at the hotel, then have free time to explore and shop.

Lunch: After lunch

• If time permits, the vehicle will take the group to Changi Airport to visit the new and stunning Jewel complex, a “new wonder” that surprises visitors in Singapore. The Jewel complex, shaped like a giant gem, offers more than what was previously expected from an airport complex. The highlight of Jewel is a waterfall that flows straight down into its center. The waterfall, which is 40m high, is the tallest indoor waterfall in the world. Surrounding the waterfall, and also the main space of Jewel, is a tropical garden with about 3,000 trees spread evenly from the 1st to the 5th floor.
  
• The group will depart for Nha Trang. End of the tour and see you again.

Upon arrival at Cam Ranh Airport, the tour leader will assist guests with immigration procedures, baggage claim, and transfer back to the starting point, concluding the tour. Goodbye and we look forward to welcoming you on other exciting trips.

** The sightseeing itinerary may change in order depending on external factors but will still ensure all the destinations in the program are included.

I. Tour price includes:

• Round-trip flight ticket: CXR – SING – CXR
• Includes 01 piece of 20kg checked luggage and 01 piece of 10kg carry-on luggage.
• Airport taxes, aviation security taxes, and fuel surcharges.
• 3-star hotel (2 people per room). In case of an odd number of male or female guests, a triple room will be arranged. Children will sleep in the same room as their parents.
• Meals as per the program.
• Transportation for sightseeing as per the program.
• Entrance fees to attractions as per the program.
• International travel insurance throughout the tour.
• Tour leader from Vietnam accompanying the entire tour.
• Local guide at each destination.
• Drinking water: 1 bottle per person per day.
• Souvenir from the travel agency.

II. Tour price excludes:

• Passport fees (valid for more than 6 months from the end date of the trip).
• Personal expenses, excess baggage charges, telephone, laundry.
• Optional sightseeing fees outside the program.
• Single room supplement: 5,900,000 VND/person.
• TIP for driver & guide (20 USD/person/tour).

III. Children’s tour price: (based on date of birth).

• Children under 2 years old: according to the price list.
• Children from 2 to under 10 years old: according to the price list.
• Entitled benefits: flight ticket, meals, seat on the vehicle, insurance. Children will share a room with the family, and if a separate bed is requested, the full tour price will apply.
• Children aged 10 years and above: charged as an adult.
• Two adults traveling with one child, the second child and onward will be charged the adult tour price. In cases where there is only 1 adult traveling with a child under 10 years old (no separate bed), guests must pay an additional fee for the child to have a separate bed.

Tour registration conditions:

• A deposit of 50% of the tour price per person is required.
• The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure (for regular tours), 20 days before departure (for public holidays or festive tours).
• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months (calculated from the end of the tour), and must include a remark or place of birth.
• Foreign nationals must have a valid Vietnamese visa until the departure date.
• Guests exempted from a Vietnamese visa must not exceed 90 days from entry date to the end of the tour.
• Please provide complete and accurate personal information such as: Full name as per passport, passport number, phone number, and contact address.

Tour cancellation policy:

• If the tour is canceled after the deposit is made: the deposit will be forfeited.
• If the tour is canceled after the Embassy or Consulate has issued the visa: the travel agency has the right to cancel the issued visa, and the guest will bear the cancellation fee according to the terms below:
• If the tour is canceled 15 days before departure: The cancellation fee is 75% of the tour price.(The cancellation period is calculated on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
• If the tour is canceled after this period: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
• Tour cancellation with the company must be communicated directly via fax or email and must be confirmed. Cancellations via phone are not accepted.

Important notes:

• • The itinerary may change depending on the actual situation, but all attractions for the guests will still be included.
  • The company will not be responsible for ensuring the attractions in the case of:
    • Natural disasters: storms, floods, droughts, earthquakes, etc.
    • Security incidents: terrorism, protests.
    • Airline issues: technical problems, security, flight delays, cancellations, or postponements.
  • In the event of any of the above, the company will consider refunding the cost of attractions not visited to the guest, if possible (after deducting services already provided, such as visa fees, etc.), and will not be responsible for compensating any other costs.
  • If a guest is denied exit or entry by immigration authorities for personal reasons or identity issues, the company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour price.
  • No request for separation from the group for reasons such as visiting family, business, etc. In necessary cases where a guest needs to separate from the group, they must inform the company in advance and will incur a fee of 4,000,000 VND/day/person.
  • As flights depend on airlines, in some cases, flight times may change without prior notice.
  • Guests who have not paid personal income tax will have their exit delayed. To be allowed to exit, guests should contact the tax office to complete the personal income tax procedure according to legal regulations. The travel agency will not be responsible for any refusal or failure to complete immigration procedures due to personal reasons.
  • Single room surcharge (for guests registering alone): If there are 2 male or 2 female guests in the group, we will arrange to share a room with 2 beds. In the case that there are no other guests to share with, the guest must pay the single room surcharge of 5,900,000 VND.
  • For guests purchasing only the Land tour (the services in the destination country), the company does not encourage guests to buy/issue flight tickets without confirming the tour’s departure with the company. We are not responsible for any costs such as additional hotel stays, flight tickets, or visas if the tour does not depart.
  • This is a group tour with individual travelers. If the group does not have at least 15 adults, the company has the right to postpone the departure date.
