Booking & Cancellation Policy:
- Booking: 50% deposit required. Full payment due 7 days before departure.
- Cancellation fees:
- After booking: Loss of deposit.
- 10 – 9 days before departure: 70% of tour price.
- 5 – 9 days before departure: 90% of tour price.
- Less than 5 days before departure: 100% non-refundable.
Important Notes:
- Passport Requirement: Must be valid for at least 6 months after the tour ends.
- Children under 14: Must carry a birth certificate for airport verification.
- Children under 18 traveling alone: Need a parental authorization letter notarized by the local authority.
- Exit & Entry Denial: The company is not responsible if travelers are denied entry due to personal reasons (e.g., government debts, legal issues).
